– reduces limescale formation in the boiler,
– allows the use of regular tap water,
– extends the service life of the heating element and boiler,
– ensures more stable steam pressure and faster heat-up time.

IP Clean Filter (Water Softener) – standard water softener
IP Clean Filter Mini – compact version for smaller steam cleaners
What is it needed for?
The filter is essential if:
– hard water is used in the laboratory,
– the steam cleaner is used intensively,
– you want to reduce limescale buildup and maintenance costs,
– manual refill models are used (Classic, Compact, Clean 2, Six).
Models with automatic refill (Hydro, Vapor, 4D) often have an integrated filtration system, but an external filter can still be used.
